Specifying the page layout and image size
You can manually adjust the page size, orientation, and margin settings to match the
standard paper settings for printing. You can also print an image that is larger than a
selected page size by automatically resizing the image to fit the page. For example, you
can automatically resize a 12-by-12-inch image to fit on an 8.5-by-11-inch page.
To manually adjust page layout for printing
1 Choose File Page Setup.
2 In the Paper area, choose a preset page size from the Size list box.
3 In the Orientation area, choose one of the following options:
• Portrait — Sets the page’s height to be greater than its width
• Landscape — Sets the page’s width to be greater than its height
4 In the Margins area, specify values in the Left, Right, To p , and Bottom boxes.
